Joseph L. Gugino, CFP®
Joe is a partner of the firm. He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in business. Joe served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Hornet Fighter Pilot and the New York Air National Guard as a KC-135 Aircraft Commander. He has flown multiple missions in support of OIF/OEF. He recently retired as a Major in the United States Air Force Reserves.
Joe began his financial career as an investment advisor with New England Securities in 2010 in the Fredonia, New York, location. He also received the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
Joe enjoys biking, golfing, and boating with his family. He and his wife, Jessica, live in Fredonia with their two children, Rosemary and Louie.

Dan is a partner of the firm. He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and was an English teacher before joining New England Life in 1977. He served in the U.S. Army and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He has the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant®.
Dan and his wife, Nancy, live in Fredonia and have two daughters, Rene Maloney of Lakeview and Brennan Ryel of Silver Creek.
Sarah B. Muscato, Notary Public
Sarah is the office manager. She is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in art. She joined New England Financial Investment Services in 2005. She is the owner of Jubilee Jewelry, featuring hand-crafted custom-made jewelry by Sarah. She earned her Notary Public title in 2012.
Sarah enjoys running, reading, fishing, and spending time with family and her boyfriend.
Richard J. Ryan
Rich is a new Financial Services Professional in the firm. Rich is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia. Prior to joining Gugino & Ryel Financial, Rich was the Director of Development at the National Comedy Center in Jamestown. Rich was part of the team that launched that exciting organization in its infancy. Prior to that he had spent over a decade as a Development Associate at SUNY Fredonia handling major gift work, corporate sponsorship and planned giving with alumni and friends all around the Country.
Rich resides in Fredonia with his wife, Katie and their two daughters Evelyn and Marilyn.
