Joseph L. Gugino, CFP®
Joe is a partner of the firm. He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in business. Joe served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Hornet Fighter Pilot and the New York Air National Guard as a KC-135 Aircraft Commander. He has flown multiple missions in support of OIF/OEF. He recently retired as a Major in the United States Air Force Reserves.
Joe began his financial career as an investment advisor with New England Securities in 2010 in the Fredonia, New York, location. He also received the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
Joe enjoys biking, golfing, and boating with his family. He and his wife, Jessica, live in Fredonia with their two children, Rosemary and Louie.

Sarah is the Office Manager. She is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Art. She joined New England Financial Investment Services in 2005. She is the owner of Jubilee Jewelry, featuring hand-crafted custom-made jewelry by Sarah and also has a passion for helping other women find their confidence and strengths. She earned her Notary Public title in 2012.
Sarah enjoys exercise, reading, fishing, and spending time with family, her fur babies and her husband.
